Welcome to the Arkoe Blog! Glad You Made It!

Welcome to

Well, see, you did make it over here from Facebook. You did well. Now, to bookmark this page, adding it to your favorites, simply click that little star (on Chrome) top right, or right click on the address at the top and save the bookmark. You can even save a shortcut to your computer desktop to make it even easier to find.

Why the change? Simple access to the public. Not everyone uses Facebook, some never have, some are moving away from it, and others just don't plan to in the future. This blog, however, is open to the public. Anyone can read it, and follow it by email if they choose. Please see the little box in the right column where you can enter your email address.

No sign-in required. Just visit the blog to see public notifications, read about some of the town's history, and, when it's fixed, you will be able to leave comments. They will be moderated to keep the spam away. Right now that feature is in hiatus due to some programming stuff on Blogger's end. We hope it's fixed soon.

Thanks for clicking on over here. We look forward to keeping you up to date on the town's happenings.
